Moira T. Smith is an obsessive writer and unrepentant show-off who gets her kicks unleashing the absurdity of her own psyche before a semi-captive audience. (That’s you!) She’s graced the stage at all the better dives (and some classy joints too!). Why? They begged her to do it and she couldn’t say no.

June 13 2012 024 CL Pick hitThe International Bar formerly THE COAL YARD  Corner of 1st Avenue & 6st. East Village NYC .The official Rubber Eden Bar is one that my Kid’s GF picked out for me on the lower east side one Fall. Must to check out the. No sound system (only a old juke box)  nice and dark, circular bar stocked with regulars, ill-regulars, beats, punks, hippies, left-overs, reheated souls and characters galore and aglow. Friendly bartenders, cheap beer (yea they have 3 buck High Life) and a killer court yard out back (as displayed here) to have a butt and talk in. Here’s a link for more info
